These dates below are to help guide our efforts together and assist you with department and program marketing and communication needs. The SSEM Strategic Communications and Marketing team serve both the Division of Student Life and the Division of Student Services and Enrollment Management. Because the demand can be high during certain times we have set due dates for items needed the first two weeks of each term. Please have requests and the majority of the details for those needs submitted by these dates. 

• Fall Term 2022: For all first two weeks of fall term needs, please submit project requests by August 12, 2022.
• Winter Term 2023: For all first two weeks of winter term needs, please submit project requests by November 11, 2022.
• Spring Term 2023: For all first two weeks of spring term needs, please submit project requests by March 2, 2023.
• Summer Term 2023: For all first two weeks of summer term needs, please submit project requests by May 5, 2023, (involving vendors or large print quantities); all others due May 12.
