Jess Tallant serves as the associate director of orientation and transition programs at the University of Oregon. In this capacity Jess supports the planning and execution of orientation and transition initiatives including IntroDUCKtion and Week of Welcome.

Jess completed her bachelor’s degree at Salisbury University, where she was a student athlete and received a degree in social work. She also has a master’s degree in student affairs in higher education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
