Strategic Plan
The University of Oregon’s Oregon Rising strategic plan charts an ambitious path to strengthen how we serve students, the state, and the world. Built through broad campus input, the plan focuses on four goals: enhancing pathways to timely graduation, leading nationally in career preparation, fostering a flourishing and inclusive community, and accelerating the university’s global impact through exceptional research and scholarship. Together, these priorities position UO to elevate student success, expand opportunity, and advance knowledge in ways that benefit society.
Student Advisory Board
The Student Services and Enrollment Management Student Advisory Board consists of current students with a broad representation of characteristics and involvement at the UO, who offer feedback and insight to leaders in the division. The Student Advisory Board meets monthly for 90 minutes over lunch to discuss a topic determined by the Vice President. The topics are presented as a specific, open-ended question posed one week prior to the meeting.
