Strategic Plan
The Student Services and Enrollment Management (SSEM) division is driven by a mission to build a diverse, exceptional, and inclusive campus community focused on attracting the next generation of Ducks motivated to make a difference locally, nationally and globally.
This mission forms the foundation of our strategic plan, structured around four core service areas: Success, Service, Community, and Access and Affordability. Each department within SSEM contributes to this shared framework by setting goals that align with these pillars. Together, we aim to foster positive learning experiences, empower our teams, cultivate an inclusive and supportive community, and break down barriers to higher education. Through collaboration and a shared vision, SSEM is dedicated to welcoming new Ducks to the University of Oregon experience to shape a brighter future for all.

Student Advisory Board
The Student Services and Enrollment Management Student Advisory Board consists of current students with a broad representation of characteristics and involvement at the UO, who offer feedback and insight to leaders in the division. The Student Advisory Board meets monthly for 90 minutes over lunch to discuss a topic determined by the Vice President. The topics are presented as a specific, open-ended question posed one week prior to the meeting.
