Volga Koval is the director for finance and business operations at University Health Services.

Before joining the UHS team, Volga worked in the California State University system, where he was a financial resources director associated with academic affairs. Prior to his experience with CSU, he was the director for finance and business operations for a combined health and human services agency at a California county.

Volga received his master of public administration from University of Colorado, Denver School of Public Affairs. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Melissa, and two daughters.
