Lorenzo Wilcox serves as assistant director of international recruitment in the Office of Admissions. Lorenzo joined the Office of Admissions in 2018 upon graduating from the University of Oregon with a degree in international studies and a minor in political science. In his position, Lorenzo recruits and advises students from all over the world who are interested in studying at the UO. As a proud UO alumnus, Lorenzo enjoys connecting with students and sharing his positive college experience.

Lorenzo is originally from Lima, Peru, and his role has given him the opportunity to present at numerous EducationUSA offices around the world, as well as EdUSA Regional Forums.

Lorenzo holds a master’s degree in educational leadership and policy from Portland State University. Lorenzo is an avid traveler, and in his free time enjoys playing music, spending time with his family, and playing an occasional tennis match.
