Jim Bouse is the director of Student Services and Enrollment Management technology and associate registrar for technology. Jim directs staff members who are responsible for managing the technology infrastructure that supports student services and enrollment management, including enterprise content management, constituent relationship management, and electronic records systems. He is always on the lookout for new and interesting ways to utilize technology to further the goals of student services and enrollment management.

Jim has served as the president of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO). He has also served on the AACRAO Board of Directors as the vice president for technology, the Pacific Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers, and the Oregon Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers. He has presented dozens of sessions, webinars, and workshops at state, regional, and national conferences and for other colleges and universities.

As an outdoor enthusiast, Jim enjoys backpacking with his wife and two daughters and attempting to pass along his enjoyment of running, cycling, and swimming. Jim earned a bachelor’s from the US Coast Guard Academy and a master of business administration from Humboldt State University.
